The final essay assignment is a 10-12 page essay (double-spaced) on international legal issues confronting the Biden administration. Please specifically state the issue you are considering, analyze it, and then conclude with a policy proposal. This needs to be submitted by the last day of class in a Word format.
I am not interested in any specific form of your fotnotes. But please hyperlink them. I am most interested in the arguments you make.
I would suggest that the basic outline of the essay should be the following: The Issue, General Background of the Issue (in the real world context) and the Importance of the Issue, Your Arguments, Your Policy Proposal.
Your arguments ought to consider the pros and cons of your proposal. Please make sure that your proposal flows from your arguments.
